1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tradeeon ("Tradeeon", "we", "us", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms govern your access to and use of Tradeeon's website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2.Description of Service

Tradeeon is a technology platform that enables users to connect their third-party exchange accounts (such as Binance) via secure APIs and execute trades strictly based on user-configured rules and instructions.

Tradeeon allows users to:

• Connect supported exchange accounts via API
• Create and configure automated trading bots based on user-defined strategies
• Execute trades automatically according to user-defined conditions
• Monitor trading activity and performance

3.Pre-Incorporation Status

Tradeeon is currently operated as a pre-incorporation platform. Upon incorporation, all rights and obligations under these Terms may be assigned to the newly formed legal entity without requiring additional user consent.

4.Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use Tradeeon, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify Tradeeon immediately of any unauthorized use.

5.No Financial Advice

Tradeeon does not provide financial, investment, trading, or tax advice.

All information, tools, and automation features provided by Tradeeon are for technical execution purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability and risks of any trading activity.

6.Trading & Automation Risks

By using Tradeeon, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and risky
• Automated trading may result in partial or total loss of capital
• Technical failures, delays, or system errors may occur
• Exchange outages or API limitations may prevent order execution
• Past performance does not indicate future results

You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.

7.AI-Generated Content & Tools

Tradeeon provides AI-powered features including the AI Strategy Advisor, Move Analysis, and other analytical tools. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated strategies, analyses, trade suggestions, and other outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice
• AI models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs and Tradeeon does not guarantee their accuracy or reliability
• You are solely responsible for evaluating, validating, and deciding whether to act on any AI-generated content
• AI outputs should not be the sole basis for any trading decision
• When you use AI features, relevant trading data and parameters may be processed by third-party AI service providers to generate outputs
• No personally identifiable information or exchange credentials are shared with third-party AI providers

8.User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All trades executed through your connected exchange accounts
• Configuring and monitoring your bots and strategies
• Ensuring sufficient funds are available on your exchange
• Complying with tax and regulatory obligations
• Reviewing and understanding exchange-specific terms
• Ensuring correct API permissions and restrictions

9.API Keys and Exchange Connections

When connecting an exchange account:

• You grant Tradeeon permission to access your exchange account only to place trades and retrieve account data
• API keys are encrypted and stored securely
• Tradeeon does not have the ability to withdraw funds from your exchange account
• You may revoke API access at any time via the exchange or platform
• You are responsible for securing your API credentials
• Tradeeon is not responsible for losses caused by compromised API keys outside the platform.

10.Fees & Payments

Tradeeon may offer free or paid features.

• Subscription fees (if any) will be disclosed prior to purchase
• Exchange trading fees are charged by the exchange, not Tradeeon
• Fees paid to Tradeeon are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Tradeeon may modify pricing with reasonable notice

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradeeon shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses of any kind
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Exchange actions, API failures, or third-party issues

Tradeeon's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Tradeeon in the preceding 12 months (if any).

12.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradeeon from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your trading activity
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or exchange rules

13.Service Availability and Modifications

Tradeeon may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14.Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operations
• Share account credentials
• Use API keys without authorization
• Manipulate markets or engage in abusive trading behavior

15.Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Tradeeon and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

16.Termination

Tradeeon may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

17.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18.Changes to Terms

Tradeeon may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
